CRM Executive — Sales Operations

About the role
We run a health and wellness coaching business across India and the USA.
We are currently on Freshworks (Freshsales) and will migrate to GoHighLevel in phases. We are hiring a CRM Executive to own that transition end to end and then run GHL as the operating system of the sales floor.
This is a builder's role, not a maintenance one. You will be configuring pipelines, automations, and dashboards from a blank slate — not inheriting a finished system. If you have only used a CRM as an end user, this will not be the right fit.
What you will ownCRM administration
Own day-to-day administration of Freshsales today and GoHighLevel post-migration: users, roles, permissions, pipelines, lead statuses, custom fields, and layouts.
Maintain data hygiene — deduplication rules, mandatory-field enforcement, stage-entry criteria,



and periodic audits of stale or misrouted leads.
Manage integrations across the stack: telephony/dialler, WhatsApp, email, payment links, calendar/booking, and the marketing channels feeding leads in.
Migration to GoHighLevel
Build the GHL instance from scratch: sub-accounts, pipelines, custom fields and objects, calendars, forms, and user hierarchy.
Plan and execute phased data migration — field mapping, deduplication, historical activity, and validation against the source system.
Rebuild existing Freshsales workflows, lead scoring, and the booking module inside GHL without losing functionality, and run both systems in parallel through cutover.
Document the new configuration and run training for Pre-Sales Qualifiers, Counsellors, and team leads.

Automation and workflows
Build and maintain lead assignment and round-robin logic, SLA timers, follow-up cadences, escalation triggers, and no-show /
