About the Role

We’re looking for a *Social Media Manager who thinks beyond posting.*

Someone who can look at a brand and immediately see what it could be doing better. Someone who spots a trend early, turns a simple brief into a strong content idea, understands why a reel worked (or didn't), and comes back with an even better idea next time.

You’ll be managing social media for multiple brands across industries, so this role needs someone who is *creative, proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable taking ownership.*

You shouldn't need a detailed checklist for every task. We want someone who can look at the objective, figure out the approach, and make it happen.

What You’ll Do

* Own social media accounts *end-to-end* — strategy, ideation, content planning, execution, publishing, and performance.
* Build monthly content strategies and calendars based on the brand, audience, trends,



competitors, and business goals.
* Come up with *fresh, social-first content ideas* instead of simply executing a brief.
* Spot relevant trends, formats, sounds, conversations, and opportunities early and adapt them to the right brand.
* Develop concepts for Reels, carousels, static posts, stories, campaigns, and other platform-native content.
* Work closely with designers, editors, copywriters, creators, and performance marketers to get content executed.
* Coordinate and occasionally lead shoots for clients, products, events, and campaigns.
* Be comfortable shooting valuable-quality social content on an iPhone when required.
* Take ownership of deadlines, approvals, publishing, and the overall content pipeline.
* Communicate directly with clients and confidently present your ideas and recommendations.
* Regularly review performance and understand metrics such as reach, views, watch time, retention, engagement
