Role Description The Business Operations & People Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur, responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive team environment. This role oversees business processes, coordinates cross-functional workflows, and implements operational best practices to improve efficiency and performance. The manager will handle people-related activities such as hiring coordination, onboarding, performance tracking, and employee engagement initiatives. They will create and update policies, manage internal communication,



and support leadership with reporting, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with product, marketing, and customer-facing teams to align operational priorities with business goals.
