About the Role
Havells Lighting is looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development qualified to drive B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and business development across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and convert new B2B sales opportunities across the USA and international markets.
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and outbound prospecting.
Identify prospects and decision-makers using Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and similar tools.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification and meetings to negotiation and closure.
Build and maintain relationships with US customers, distributors, dealers, and B2B accounts.
Maintain sales activities, leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in Zoho, Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems.
Prepare sales reports, MIS, forecasts,



and pipeline reports using Microsoft Excel.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, lead-generation, and business development targets.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in International Sales, Export Sales, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, US Sales, or Business Development.
Experience handling US/international customers preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, objection handling, and sales conversion.
Hands-on experience with sales prospecting and CRM tools.
Strong Excel, reporting, pipeline management, and analytical skills.
Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Willingness to work in US/Night shifts.
Good to Have: Experience with US distributors, dealers, contractors, architects, builders, wholesalers, or commercial customers, along with knowledge of exports, RFQs,
