WCTM is looking for a dynamic Placement Coordinator to bridge the gap between our talented students and leading recruiters. If you’re passionate about student careers and corporate networking, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with companies to organization campus recruitment drives
- Build and maintain strong corporate relationship.
- Coordinate student training, mock interviews, and pre-placement talks
- Maintain placement record and reports
- Guide students on resumes, interviews, and career planning.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years experience in placements / Training & Placement
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Robust organizational and coodination abilities
MBA/PGDM preferred
