• Connect with students/leads and understand their educational requirements
• Explain courses, programs, eligibility & admission process
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions
• Maintain regular communication with students through calls & WhatsApp
• Achieve individual and team admission targets
? What We’re Looking For:
✅ Excellent communication & convincing skills
✅ Comfortable speaking in Bengali
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated
✅ Prior experience in telecalling, counselling or education sales is a plus
