We are looking for a Social Media Manager with 2–3 years of experience to manage social media activities for multiple clients. The role involves content planning, managing organic and paid campaigns, social media advertising, client communication, team coordination, client meetings, reporting, and performance analysis.

Scope of the Role:

Content Planning & Content Calender
Create monthly and weekly content calendars for assigned clients.
Plan content according to the client's requirements, target audience, and marketing objectives.
Coordinate content requirements with the graphic design and video editing teams.
Ensure content is created, reviewed, approved, and published as per the planned schedule.
Organic Social Media Management
Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Plan and implement activities to improve organic reach, engagement, and audience growth.
Monitor content performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with relevant social media trends and platform updates.
Paid Campaigns & Ads
Plan,



execute, and manage paid social media campaigns.
Manage Meta Ads based on client requirements and campaign objectives.
Monitor campaign budgets, targeting, and performance.
Optimise campaigns based on performance and campaign requirements.

Reporting & Analytics
Track and analyse the performance of organic and paid social media activities.
Monitor relevant metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, leads, conversions, CTR, CPC, and website traffic.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and internal teams.
Identify areas of improvement based on content and campaign performance.
Share observations and recommendations based on performance data.

Client Communications & Meetings
Communicate regularly with assigned clients regarding content, campaigns, updates, and requirements.
Attend client meetings and discuss social media activities and performance.
