Job Description About the Role:
nWe are looking for a TikTok Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid media growth across international markets. This role owns campaign execution end-to-end — from setup and optimization to creative testing and reporting — while working closely with the Content Strategist and creator team to turn high-performing content into scalable paid results.

n Key Responsibilities
n TikTok Paid Media Management

- Plan, launch and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns across international markets.n
- Manage campaign setup, targeting, budgets, bidding, optimization and reporting.n
- Monitor campaigns daily and identify opportunities to improve performance.n
- Manage full-funnel campaigns across awareness, consideration and conversion.n
- Execute TikTok Shop strategies to drive revenue growth.n

n Performance Optimization

- Track key performance metrics across campaigns and markets.n
- Conduct regular campaign and audience analysis.n
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and business objectives.n





n Creative Testing

- Build and maintain a structured TikTok creative testing framework.n
- Identify winning creative patterns and scale them.n
- Partner with the Content Strategist and creators to develop performance-led content.n

n Creator & UGC Performance
n
- n
- Identify high-performing creator content suitable for paid advertising.n
- Work with the creator team to generate TikTok-native UGC.n
- Analyse creator-level performance and surface learnings.n
- Identify which creators, formats and narratives drive conversions.n

n Analytics & Reporting
n
- n
- Create weekly and monthly TikTok performance reports.n
- Identify trends and key performance drivers.n
- Deliver actionable insights, not just numbers.n
- Track performance against market- and campaign-level targets.n

n Landing Page & Funnel Optimization

- n
- Partner with e-commerce and D2C teams to improve conversion jour
