Role Description The Embedded System Engineer will work full time on-site at the C V Raman Academy facility in Bengaluru. This role involves designing, developing, and testing embedded software and hardware solutions for educational tools, lab setups, and demonstration systems.



The engineer will collaborate with faculty to create practical applications and experiments that support the teaching of electronics, electrical engineering, and IoT concepts. Daily tasks include integrating sensors and microcontrollers, troubleshooting system-level issues, documenting designs, and ensuring that prototypes and systems are protected, reliable, and suitable for classroom use. The role also includes maintaining existing embedded platforms, supporting technical labs, and providing guidance on technology-related initiatives.
Qualifications
Robust skills in Embedded Software and Software Development for real-time and resource-constrained systems.
Solid foundation in Electronics and Electrical Engineering for circuit design, testing, and integration.
Practical experience with Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, including sensors, communication protocols, and cloud or edge integration.
Proficiency with microcontrollers, development boards (such as Arduino, STM32, or similar), and relevant IDEs and toolch
