Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales professional to drive business growth by acquiring and managing Large Corporate and SME clients. The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue, building long-term client relationships, and providing customized commercial insurance and risk management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and develop Large Corporate and SME accounts to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify new business opportunities and potential growth segments in the commercial insurance market.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, industry associations, and direct B2B sales.
Develop relationships with CXOs, CFOs, HR Heads, Finance Leaders, Procurement Teams, and Business Owners.




Understand client requirements and provide customized insurance and risk management solutions.
Drive client retention, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.
Handle commercial insurance products including Property, Marine, Employee Perks, Liability, Cyber, D&O;, Professional Indemnity, and other specialty insurance solutions.
Coordinate with underwriting, placement, claims, servicing, and operations teams for smooth execution.
Monitor business performance and work toward achieving revenue and profitability objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI regulations, and applicable statutory requirements.
