Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer/Implementation Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, specializing in IT Operations Management (ITOM) implementations. The ideal candidate should also have 2–3 years of prior application development experience in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, .NET, PHP, Python, or similar technologies.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and integrations. Robust communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions aligned with business and IT operational requirements.
Configure and support Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management,



and Orchestration.
Develop custom solutions using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
Configure and maintain CMDB, including Identification & Reconciliation Rules, CI Class Management, and data quality initiatives.
Troubleshoot and optimize Discovery patterns, Event Management rules, and Service Mapping configurations.
Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades, patching, cloning, and production support activities.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
Follow Agile development methodologies and participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and release activities.
Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and implementation guides.
