Responsibilities
Research companies by industry, location, size, hiring activity, and other targeting criteria.
Identify relevant decision-makers and verify their job titles.
Find business emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, and company details.
Clean databases by removing duplicates, incomplete records, and irrelevant contacts.
Maintain organized data in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM systems.
Meet daily and weekly research targets.
Coordinate with the campaign team to improve targeting and data quality.

Requirements
Experience in B2B database research or lead generation.




Experience researching prospects in the US market.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and job boards.
Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, SalesQL, Hunter, or RocketReach.
Good working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
Ability to understand an ideal customer profile and follow detailed research instructions.
Robust attention to detail, written English, and time management.
Agency experience and familiarity with CRM or web-scraping tools are an advantage.
