Role Description This part time Business Development Specialist role is a hybrid position based in the Pune Division, with a blend of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and support lead generation activities across the event management and production services offered by Moonshot Events. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, qualifying leads, preparing presentations and proposals,



and coordinating with internal teams to align client needs with available services. The role also involves regular communication with prospective and existing clients, tracking sales pipelines, and providing input on strategies to grow revenue and expand the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to engage with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation and Customer Service skills to build pipelines and maintain positive client relationships.
Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management in events, media, or related industries is beneficial.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in the Pune Division, manage time
