Position Description

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Scrum Master with 3 to 6 years of experience to lead our Agile teams. In this role, you will champion Agile and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles, facilitate key ceremonies, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in tracking tools like JIRA and excels at data-driven reporting to drive continuous team improvement.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure team alignment and momentum.

Scale with SAFe: Guide the team through SAFe practices, aligning delivery with Program Increment (PI) objectives and cross-team dependencies.

Track & Report Metrics: Leverage JIRA to manage backlogs, track workflows, and generate actionable reports (e.g., velocity, burndown/burnup charts, cumulative flow) for stakeholders.

Remove Impediments: Proactively identify, track,



and resolve blockers to protect the team's focus and velocity.

Coach & Mentor: Foster a culture of psychological safety, continuous improvement, and self-organization within the team.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Experience: 3 to 6 years of qualified experience working as a Scrum Master in software development environments.

Certification: Mandatory SAFe Certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master - SSM or SAFe Agilist - SA).

Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum values, Kanban principles, and scaling patterns.

Tool Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with JIRA (creating custom dashboards, filters, epics, and advanced reporting).

Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional stakeholder management, conflict-resolution, and transparent reporting skills.
