Job Summary
We need a results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a proven B2B/IT sales background to manage key accounts, close new business, and guide junior team members toward target achievement.

Key Responsibilities
Drive the full sales cycle — lead generation to deal closure — for IT products/services
Build and manage a strong client pipeline through networking and referrals
Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers




Consistently meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing negotiations
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding
Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales forecasts/reports

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in IT/software/services
Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Leadership/mentoring experience is a plus
