We are seeking a results-driven Lead Product Manager with solid Healthcare Provider domain expertise, product strategy experience, business acumen, and Agile/SAFe delivery leadership to drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of capabilities. The ideal candidate will combine deep healthcare knowledge with experience in AI-driven product innovation, stakeholder management, and enterprise-scale product delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

Own products and strategic initiatives across the full product lifecycle:



Ideate, Define, Build, Launch, Manage, and Sunset
Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and business outcomes aligned with market, customer, and regulatory needs
Partner with Product, Business, Engineering, Data, and Platform teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions
Translate complex business workflows into product artifacts including SDDs, user journeys, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
Drive roadmap prioritization, backlog management, and cross-functional alignment across multiple stakeholders
Lead Agile and SAFe ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, PI planning, release planning, and product increment reviews
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, advanced analytics, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve provider experience and operational efficiency
