Role Description The Senior Electrical Engineer will work full time in office in Bengaluru, providing technical leadership for industrial generator repair, maintenance, and power distribution projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and reviewing electrical systems, diagnosing and resolving complex electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. The role involves coordinating with technicians and junior engineers, preparing technical documentation and reports,



and supporting project planning and execution for client sites. The Senior Electrical Engineer will collaborate closely with operations and service teams to optimize generator performance, improve reliability, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering, Electricity, and practical application of electrical principles.
Candidates should possess expertise in Power Systems and Power Distribution for industrial environments.
Candidates should possess capabilities in Electrical Design for generator installations, control panels, and associated infrastructure.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced certification or licensure is an advantage.
Proven experience in industrial generator systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance in a service-focused setting.
