Role Description The Branch Credit Manager is a full time, remote role responsible for overseeing credit assessment and approval processes at the branch level. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating loan applications, analyzing customer financials, and ensuring adherence to credit policies and risk guidelines. The role involves monitoring portfolio quality, identifying early warning signals, and recommending corrective actions to maintain healthy asset quality.



The Branch Credit Manager collaborates with branch operations and business teams, provides guidance on credit norms, and supports training on credit risk practices. The role also includes preparing periodic credit reports and supporting audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Credit Management and Credit Risk Management skills.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and a good understanding of Finance.
Candidates should possess a sound grasp of Credit concepts and lending principles.
Relevant experience in branch banking, microfinance, or retail lending is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
