Salary: Rs. 30000 per month

Little Unicorn’s International is looking for an experienced, well-networked marketing and outreach professional who understands the Gurugram market and can help us build meaningful connections across corporates, residential communities and local partnerships.

For this role, an existing network is important.

We would particularly like to meet candidates who already have established relationships with Corporate HR/Admin teams, RWAs & Society Managements, Community Groups, Event Partners, Clubs and other relevant organisations across Gurugram.

What we need you to drive:
• Corporate Outreach – Leverage and expand your network with HR/Admin teams for corporate tie-ups, employee benefits and engagement opportunities.
• Residential Society Outreach – Build access to premium residential communities for events, activations, workshops and brand visibility.
• BTL Activations – Identify opportunities and independently execute on-ground campaigns that generate genuine enquiries.




• Partnerships & Collaborations – Create associations with complementary brands, businesses, clubs, healthcare providers and community organisations.
• Lead Generation – Convert relationships and outreach initiatives into a consistent pipeline of relevant prospective parents.

✓ You can pick up the phone and reach the right people rather than always starting with a cold introduction
✓ You have successfully handled corporate outreach, BTL, partnerships, business development or society activations
✓ You are confident, articulate and excellent at building relationships
✓ You enjoy being out in the market, meeting people and creating opportunities
✓ Most importantly, you are someone who gets things done

Experience: 3–6 years in Business Development / BTL / Partnerships / Corporate Outreach /
