Role Description The Hospitality Professional will provide attentive, courteous service to guests throughout their stay, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. Daily responsibilities include supporting front office operations, coordinating with housekeeping and food & beverage teams, handling guest inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. The role involves assisting with restaurant and banquet service as needed,



maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation in all guest-facing areas, and following hotel policies and procedures. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Lords Plaza in Ankleshwar, requiring flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications

Robust Customer Service and Hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and professional demeanor.
Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal interaction, active listening, and courteous responses to guest needs.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and Hospitality Service standards in hotel, restaurant, or banquet settings.
Previous experience in hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment is preferred.
