Position Overview:
We are hiring a Marketplace Specialist (Amazon) to take full ownership of Rigle’s day-to-day Amazon marketplace operations, account health, and policy compliance across multiple brands.
This role is ideal for experienced Amazon operators who deeply understand how Amazon’s internal systems, compliance policies, and customer-facing workflows truly work. You will serve as a central operational owner for identifying risk, resolving escalations,



and keeping the marketplace accounts operationally healthy.

You will be the final owner of resolving account health issues, navigating policy violations, and managing customer claims. This is not a basic support or execution-only role — it requires robust analytical abilities, independent decision-making, and the capacity to resolve complex marketplace issues at scale.

This is a full-time & remote role.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Health & Compliance
Own end-to-end resolution of Amazon account-health issues, policy violations, and compliance escalations.
Monitor account performance and compliance dashboards to identify risk signals early.
Lead listing reinstatement and account recovery efforts following policy or compliance restrictions.
Prepare and maintain documentation for restricted, regulated, and compliance-sensitive products.
