Casamentero Consulting is looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team.
We are looking for a strong and experienced recruiter who can take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and help us identify, engage, and close top talent across various requirements.

? Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure
Hiring focus: Non-IT/operational sales profiles such as Telesales Executive, Inside Sales Specialist, Retention/Renewal Associate, etc
CTC: Max ₹3.6 LPA.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process




Work closely with clients/hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
Meet recruitment timelines and targets

? What We're Looking For:

3-6 years of recruitment experience
Robust experience in sourcing and talent acquisition
Excellent Job Portal, LinkedIn sourcing and networking skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to independently manage multiple requirements
A proactive, target-oriented and go-getter mindset
