Smartscope Automation is looking for a passionate and motivated Machine Vision Engineer to join our growing team.

? Experience: 0–2 Years
? Location: Chennai
? Position: Machine Vision Engineer
? Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine vision solutions for industrial applications.
• Camera, lens and lighting selection based on application requirements.
• Configure and program industrial cameras and vision systems.
• Develop applications for inspection, measurement, OCR/OCV and code reading.
• Integrate vision systems with PLCs and automation systems.
• Visit customer sites for trials, demonstrations, installation and commissioning.
• Travel to customer locations for troubleshooting and technical support.
• Conduct application testing and validation at customer sites.
• Support machine vision projects from concept to final commissioning.





? Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Machine Vision / Image Processing knowledge of C# / .NET/ Python is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of industrial cameras, lenses and lighting.
• Basic knowledge of PLC communication and industrial protocols.
• Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer site visits.
• Strong interest in Industrial Automation and Machine Vision.
