Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Specialist role based in New Delhi. The specialist will identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms, aligned with client brand objectives and target audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning influencer campaigns, managing outreach and negotiations,



coordinating briefs and content calendars, and ensuring timely delivery of assets. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, tracking metrics, and preparing reports and insights for internal teams and clients. The specialist will collaborate closely with PR, digital, and creative teams to integrate influencer activities into broader communication strategies and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencer partners.
Qualifications
Solid understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital content trends; ability to identify and evaluate suitable influencers for diverse industries.
Skills in campaign planning, project management, and coordination, including managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple concurrent influencer campaigns.
