Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, track deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with Instructional Designers, Content Writers, SMEs, Editors, Designers, and Developers.
Track project progress, identify risks/blockers, and take corrective action.
Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Maintain project trackers, reports,



documentation, and status updates.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in Project Management/Project Coordination.
Experience in EdTech, Publishing, E-learning, or Content Development preferred.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent planning, organization, and deadline-management abilities.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project-management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.
Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.
Candidates must be comfortable working hybrid from Noida.
