Role Description The Client Advisor - Mysore Road role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The Client Advisor will welcome and engage customers at the showroom, understand their requirements, and provide expert guidance on tile selections that best match their design preferences and functional needs.



Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams for order processing, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience. The role involves managing client queries, resolving issues promptly, following up on leads, and contributing to sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The Client Advisor will also support after-sales service, maintain accurate records of client interactions, and uphold Trove’s standards of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
Strong client-facing skills, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with diverse customers.
Basic understanding of Insurance or related financial products to address customer queries where applicable.
Proven ability to work on-site
