As a Lead Clinical Data Science Programmer at ICON, you will design and develop clinical data solutions, ensuring the efficient handling, analysis, and reporting of complex clinical trial data.
What You Will Do:
You will manage day-to-day clinical data science activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
Leading the design, development, and validation of data science programming solutions for clinical trials.
Collaborating with biostatisticians, data managers, and clinical teams to develop data specifications and analysis plans.
Programming and validating datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) according to study requirements.
Ensuring the accuracy, consistency,



and integrity of clinical data through rigorous quality control and validation checks.
Mentoring and guiding junior programmers and providing technical leadership within the data science programming team.
Your Profile:
You will have solid clinical data science experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.

Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline
Years of Experience : 7+years
Must have experience in Rave/Veeva
Should have experience in SAS/JReview
Extensive experience in clinical data programming, with proficiency in SAS, R, or other relevant programming languages.
In-depth knowledge of clinical trial data structures, CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM), and regulatory requirements.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
