The Procurement Lead is responsible for leading strategic sourcing and category management activities across indirect spend categories such as building materials, building trades, or construction, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), Professional Services, Facilities Management, and other indirect procurement categories. This role combines people leadership, category expertise, and procurement execution,



ensuring the delivery of sourcing initiatives that generate value through cost optimization, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and process excellence.
The Procurement Lead manages a small team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and oversight while simultaneously leading complex sourcing projects and strategic supplier engagements.
