Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager – Ads and Brand Building will lead digital advertising and brand growth initiatives for PUREVERSE’s organic FMCG portfolio. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for planning, executing,



and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and other relevant ad networks to drive customer acquisition and revenue. The role includes defining performance marketing strategies, managing budgets, analyzing campaign data, and using insights to improve ROAS, conversion rates, and customer retention. The manager will collaborate with brand, content, and design teams to develop integrated campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, communicate product advantages, and support community building. Daily tasks include monitoring key metrics, conducting A/B tests, refining audience targeting, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
