Role Description The Business Head – Furniture will lead the end-to-end business operations for the furniture category, driving growth, profitability, and brand positioning. This full-time,



in office role is based in Bengaluru and involves developing and executing business strategies, managing P&L;, and setting sales and revenue targets. The role includes overseeing merchandising and assortment planning, guiding pricing and promotional strategies, and collaborating closely with marketing, retail operations, supply chain, and finance teams. The Business Head will analyze market trends and customer insights, build strategic partnerships with vendors, and ensure exceptional customer experience across online and offline channels. Responsibilities also include leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, establishing performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
