About The Job:

- The Site Reliability Engineer role provides day-to-day user support and maintenance of the Regulatory Reporting systems.

- The Engineer acts as a gatekeeper and is a bridge between business users, operations and development teams.

Qualifications

- Total Experience 8 to 10 Years

- Relevant Experience 8 Years

- Mandatory skills AWS, SQL,

- Desired skills ITIL

- Knowledge of AWS or PowerBl.

- Being able to automate manual tasks using automation Python and SQL.

- Able to write SQL queries and extract the required data.

- Monitor solution infrastructure, track and solve tickets to resolve problems. Support business users with the reported issues.

- Fixing support escalation issues and regulatory reporting exceptions.

- Focus on customer needs and expectations.

- Conducting post-incident reviews.

- Knowledge and understanding in Incident & change management
