About The Client

Client is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting

Essential Job Functions:

- Collaborate with business users for day to day operations

- Initiate automations in the environment to eliminate the manual work using PowerShell scripting

- Monitor the Informatica/Axiom Workflows and run manually if anything failed or delayed due to external/other teams dependency

- Create/Update documents - release documents, Ops hand book , other related documents for Ops

- Monitor End to End Runs - monitor and support if any issues, co ordinating with business , other dependent teams in case of inputs delay .

Qualifications

- Total Yrs. of Experience -8 -10 Years

- Relevant Yrs. of experience -8 years

- Devops Analyst who can support production workplace and has adequate scripting knowledge to deploy automations.

Mandatory skills

- Strong knowledge on Production support activities and able to work with different vendors.

- Devops tool knowledge will add more value.

- zure ADO experience
- xperience Azure DevOps with the implementation of CI and CD pipelines

- Available for 24x5 support

- Work with stake holders on day-to-day basics and report major issues.

- Incident Management and Service request fulfillment
