Essential Job Functions:
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain product solutions across the complete software development lifecycle.
- Build high-quality, scalable, and reliable applications on multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with geographically distributed engineering teams to deliver product features and enhancements.
- Analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.
- Apply software design patterns and engineering best practices to real-world business problems.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in Agile development activities including planning, estimation, design discussions, and sprint execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering excellence.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering.
- 6–9 years of hands-on design and development experience.
- Proficient in C/C++ programming.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of Objective-C and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of application development on multiple platforms including various flavors of Windows and Macintosh.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and their practical implementation.
- Experience identifying automation opportunities and implementing engineering best practices.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of applications.
- Robust analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
