- Strong programming:

- Python (primary)

- github copilot

- API development/integration (REST, event-driven patterns)

- Automation-first mindset:

- Experience with Power Automate, scripting, or workflow orchestration tools

- Data engineering & reporting:

- Data pipelines, transformation, and structured/unstructured data handling

- Experience replacing:

- Manual data handling

- Spreadsheet-based tracking

- Email-driven processes .

Nice-to-Have Skills

- RPA or advanced automation frameworks

- Cloud/platform automation (Azure, GCP, or similar)

- Security/compliance domain exposure (audit, IAM, risk processes)

- Dashboarding tools (Power BI or equivalent)

Shift - US shift 5pm to 2pm IST .
