ND CHAIRPARTS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch Executive to manage the dispatch of materials, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain accurate dispatch records.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities as per delivery schedules.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, Invoices, and LR copies.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for timely material dispatch.
- Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and documentation before dispatch.
- Track shipments and coordinate with transporters for on-time deliveries.
- Maintain dispatch records, inventory movement, and courier logs.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and communicate delivery updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding dispatch schedules and delivery status.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with E-Way Bills, Delivery Challans, and dispatch documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Robust organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple dispatches.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
