We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with robust experience in end-user support and IT infrastructure troubleshooting.

- Microsoft 365 (O365) Administration & Support
- Active Directory (User Management, Group Policies, Password Resets)
- Remote Support Tools & Remote Connectivity Troubleshooting
- Windows OS Troubleshooting
- Hardware & Software Support
- User Account Management
- Incident & Service Request Management
- Basic Networking Knowledge

Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 desktop support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Resolve issues through remote support tools and ensure timely closure of tickets.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams for escalations and issue resolution.
