- Work Skill Set : We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support / Helpdesk Technician to support laptop setup, hardware/software configuration, and device provisioning.

Key Requirements:

- Hands-on experience with laptop/desktop hardware and software setup
- Robust experience in device provisioning and configuration
- Experience with Windows OS, applications, peripherals, and troubleshooting
- Positive understanding of IT support/helpdesk processes
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience supporting or handling US customers/users is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills
- Must be willing to work onsite from the CFACT STPI office in Bhopal
- Must be comfortable working the 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST night shift
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
