Qualifications

- Exp: 5-8 years

Technical Skills

- Experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and end-user applications across Windows and macOS environments.

- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and troubleshooting network/connectivity (Wi-Fi/internet) issues.

- Hands-on experience with MS Office and standard enterprise applications.

- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow/Remedy.

- Experience supporting users via remote tools (phone, email, chat, remote desktop).

- Prior experience in large enterprise environments (preferably banking/financial domain).

- Exposure to endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, JAMF, etc.).

- Experience supporting executive / white-glove users.

Soft Skills

- Excellent verbal communication: Ability to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to users with varying levels of technical understanding.

- Strong written communication: Ability to document tickets effectively and communicate professionally via email and chat.

- Active listening skills: Ability to understand user issues by asking relevant questions and confirming details.





- Customer service orientation: Must remain courteous, patient, and skilled, especially when dealing with escalations or frustrated users
