Job Opening: Desktop Support Engineer (Work from Office)

Experience: - Minimum 1 year

Shift :- General Shift (09:30 am to 06:30 pm)

Working Days :- Monday to Saturday (6 days working)

Salary:- 17k Inhand and CTC applicable 21k

Travel allowance:- 2500

Education: - Graduation or pursuing

Location: - Panchkula ( Chandigarh ), Hyderabad (Telangana), Mumbai (western line)

JD-

- Recent laptop/Desktop OS, Drivers, and standard application installations
- Basic user profile and Zscaler /VPN application configuration
- Tracking central IMAC and coordinating with users end to end for allocation
- Ensuring endpoint compliance requirement fulfilled
- Should be experience in OS level, Application issue troubleshooting
- Should be experience in Applications installation and configurations




- should be able to handle OS re-installation/new machines installation
- Coordinating with OEM and Vendor
- Should have experience of remedy ticketing and remote tool
- should be able to handle LAN, Wi-Fi connectivity related troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting of VPN & Remote Access token related issues
- Good Communication and Soft skills.
