Position Overview The Design Manager is responsible for leading and managing the design function, ensuring that design projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business and brand objectives. The role involves managing designers, coordinating with cross-functional teams, reviewing creative work, and maintaining consistent design quality across projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the design team, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship.

- Plan, prioritize, and allocate design projects based on business requirements and deadlines.

- Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and brand consistency.

- Review and approve creative concepts, layouts, graphics, and other design deliverables.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, operations, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.

- Translate business objectives and customer needs into effective design solutions.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, vendors, and other creative partners when required.

- Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets.

- Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to established brand and quality standards.

- Stay updated on industry trends,

- Identify opportunities to improve design processes, workflows, and team productivity.

Required Skills

Qualifications & Experience
