? CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA + Performance Incentives

? Experience: 5+ Years

We’re looking for a Design Manager – Studio Head who can take ownership of the design function, lead a team, handle clients, and drive projects from Design → Conversion → Execution .

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Interior Designers
- Handle client meetings, presentations & design discussions
- Drive design-led client conversion
- Review concepts, mood boards & technical drawings
- Ensure design quality and project timelines
- Coordinate with Business, Operations & Execution teams
- Understand modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, materials & hardware
- Handle design challenges and client escalations
- Take complete ownership of studio performance and outcomes

What We are looking for :
- 5+ years of experience in Residential Interiors
- Strong experience in Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes & Furniture




- Excellent client handling & presentation skills
- Robust technical/working drawing knowledge
- Experience leading or mentoring designers
- Good understanding of materials, finishes & execution
- Strong communication, problem-solving & ownership mindset
- Architect / Interior Designer preferred
