Role Description The Design Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role oversees a multidisciplinary design team, guiding the end-to-end design process from initial client briefing and concept development through detailed design, review, and delivery.

The Design Team

Lead will coordinate closely with clients to understand business objectives, translate requirements into design solutions, and present design proposals using AirBrick’s AI-enabled tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines and resources,



aligning design output with brand and functional goals, reviewing and refining team members’ work, and collaborating with AI and product teams to incorporate data-driven insights into design decisions. The role also involves mentoring team members, implementing best practices, and ensuring consistent quality across all commercial interior design projects.

Qualifications

- Strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills to guide, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary design team.
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, stakeholder alignment, and clear internal collaboration.
- Proven Project Management abilities to oversee timelines, budgets, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
- Hands-on experience in Product Design or spatial/experience design, ideally within commercial interiors or related domains.
- Background in interior design, architecture, industrial design, or a related field; relevant degree or certification preferred.
- Experience working with design and visualization tools (e.g., CAD, 3D modeling, BIM, VR) and comfort collaborating with technology and AI-focused teams.
- Ability to work in office in Gurugram and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing leadership on commercial design projects; familiarity with data-driven or AI-assisted design is a plus.
