Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Design Manager with strong expertise in Pressure Vessel Design, ASME Codes, U-Stamp, Thermal Engineering, and Process Equipment Design. The candidate will lead the design team and manage complete engineering activities from calculations and design to production implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Mechanical Design & Engineering team.
- Design and review Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Thermal Equipment and Process Skids.
- Perform and review pressure vessel design calculations as per ASME Section VIII.
- Handle ASME U-Stamp / U2A requirements and pressure vessel certification.
- Use PV Elite for pressure vessel design, analysis and calculations.
- Perform/review thermal calculations,



equipment sizing and thermal system design.
- Use ASPEN Tech / Aspen Engineering for process and thermal calculations/simulation.
- Prepare/review GA drawings, fabrication drawings, BOMs and engineering documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ASME, API, TEMA and applicable international standards.

* Coordinate with **Production, Quality, Projects, R&D; and Customers.
- Drive design optimization, new product development and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate A technically robust Design Manager with 7–8+ years of experience having hands-on expertise in ASME pressure vessel design, U-Stamp, PV Elite, thermal engineering and ASPEN Tech, along with proven team leadership and design review experience.
