1. Design and detailing of the heat exchangers with CREO and CATIA (Radiator / Intercoolers / Condensers / Evaporators/ Heaters / Oil coolers etc.) with accuracy level of 100%
2. Interaction with customer to understand the needs with the delivery rating of 100%
3. Interactions with Cross Functional Team (customers / suppliers / manufacturing / QA) to speed up developmental activities as a proactive action.
4. Coordinating design releases following standard APQP processes
5. Defining DVP and doing DFMEA
6)A keen interest in understanding manufacturing processes like sheet metal forming, brazing, powder coating etc will be an added advantage. Education: B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical, M.E./M. Tech in Design/Thermal Engineering
Experience: 3-8 years of design experience, and exposure to Heat Exchangers, Cooling Systems, and HVAC would be an added advantage
Required Skills: Hand on experience in CAD-Creo or Catia, PLM, DFMEA, DVP
