Job Summary

We are looking for a Mechanical Draftsman with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and practical experience in Inventor for preparing detailed mechanical drawings and supporting the Design & Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using Autodesk Inventor.
- Develop detailed part drawings, assembly drawings, fabrication drawings, and layouts.
- Convert design concepts and engineering requirements into accurate drawings.
- Prepare GA (General Arrangement) drawings and detailed manufacturing drawings.
- Create and modify 3D models and assemblies in Inventor.
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and maintain drawing-related documentation.
- Make revisions to drawings as per engineering and production requirements.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Fabrication, and Project teams.
- Ensure drawings meet required dimensions, tolerances,



and manufacturing standards.
- Maintain proper drawing numbering, revision control, and documentation.
- Support the engineering team in resolving drawing and fabrication-related issues.

Required Skills

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Good working knowledge of Autodesk Inventor.
- Knowledge of 2D drafting and 3D modelling.
- Understanding of mechanical components, fabrication, and manufacturing drawings.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, tolerances, fits, and basic engineering standards.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience Experience in heavy machinery, industrial equipment, steel processing equipment, fabrication, or engineering projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.20 - ₹60,000.61 per month
