- Lead HR Operations & Workforce Management at the manufacturing plant
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction and manpower deployment
- Handle Employee Relations, grievances and Industrial Relations
- Drive employee engagement, welfare and retention initiatives
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, overtime and workforce metrics
- Ensure Labour Law & statutory compliance
- Manage HR administration including canteen, transport, medical and welfare facilities
- Facilitate Performance Development Dialogue (PDD) and training initiatives
- Partner with line managers and drive HR process improvements / Kaizen
Preferred candidate profile 9 / 11 years of manufacturing HR experience
Qualification: MSW
Robust exposure to Plant HR / Employee Relations / IR
Hands-on knowledge of Indian Labour Laws & statutory compliance
Experience in workforce management, welfare and administration
Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
Kannada + English + Hindi language proficiency preferred
