Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the talent acquisition team to identify, attract, and onboard top talent for various positions across the organization.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs, including bulk hiring and mass hiring initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
- Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in bulk hiring, mass hiring, or similar large-scale recruitment projects.
- Robust understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
