– Deputy Sales Manager (B2C Sales)

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Deputy Sales Manager – B2C Sales to lead and drive sales performance in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate must have 12+ years of relevant experience in B2C Sales with strong experience in managing and leading sales teams, including Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives.

The candidate should have a proven track record of achieving regional sales targets, driving business growth and revenue, developing effective sales strategies, and building high-performing sales teams. Solid leadership, team management, coaching, performance monitoring, and people management skills are essential.

Candidates should have substantial B2C sales leadership experience and must be comfortable with target ownership and managing large sales teams. Only candidates with relevant senior-level B2C Sales experience should apply.
