Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Deputy Manager role based in Palghar.

The Deputy

Manager will support overall project management for building completion and repair works, including planning activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. The role involves coordinating daily operations at project sites, supervising teams and contractors, managing schedules and resources, and assisting in resolving on-site issues.

while maintaining explicit communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The position requires proactive leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

- Candidates should possess strong project and site management skills, including planning, coordination of building completion activities, and oversight of repair works.
- Candidates should possess skills in team supervision, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution to manage on-site staff, contractors, and client interactions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of construction quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to building completion and repair projects.
- Candidates should possess abilities in documentation, reporting, and basic use of project management or office software for tracking timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, with prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work on-site in Palghar on a full-time basis.
