- Ensure smooth operation of production activities, including formulation, granulation, compression, coating, and packaging.
- Monitor and control process parameters to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement current processes or improvements to existing ones as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment maintenance, raw material availability, or other operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and batch records.
